Is there a minimum period when I enroll?

Yes, there's a 2-month minimum enrollment period. After 2 months, participation is month-to-month.

Eligibility

How do I know if I'm eligible to enroll?

Contact your employer or UFC Corporate Sales Director “Troy Baloca” to see if your company participates in the UFC GYM Corporate program. If they do, they'll direct you to a dedicated link with access to the UFC GYM corporate website OR contact our UFC Corporate Sales Director “Troy Baloca” at troy.baloca@ufcfit.com . You won't be able to enroll without receiving the dedicated link which can be given by your employer or Troy Baloca.

Why isn't the UFC Gym Corporate program offered to the public?

The UFC Gym Corporate program is a discounted membership-type program and, therefore, isn't offered to the public. Only eligible members may enroll.

How can I enroll?

Contact our UFC Corporate Sales Director “Troy Baloca” at troy.baloca@ufcfit.com You won't be able to enroll without receiving the dedicated link which can be given by your employer or Troy Baloca.

I'm enrolled! When can I start using the gym selected?

Once enrolled, print your “Membership ID NUMBER” which will be sent through SMS (Text) + email and take it with you to the gym. The membership specialist will verify your enrollment and ask you to complete their membership agreement. You'll receive an email to “Setup your password” and download the app which has the membership card at the top left. Now you're all set to start working out. Just use the fitness center's membership card on your phone or mention your phone number every time you check in for a workout.

Do I get a UFC GYM or UFC Fit fitness card?

Yes! Once enrolled and agreement signed within the gym, you will receive two emails from the gym. One will be the agreement you just signed and the other will be an email that says, “Welcome to UFC Gym!” Please set your password now. Click the green “set your password” and download the app. Within the app, you will have the membership ID at the top left within the app. Or you can just mention your phone number.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No, the UFC GYM Corporate program doesn't require a contract! After your initial 2-month enrollment period (First & last month’s dues collected point of sale), participation is month-to-month. However, you'll need to agree to the UFC GYM Program and Website Terms and Conditions that applies to members.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your enrollment anytime by going to the gym and filling out a simple form to cancel or contact the gym’s OPERATIONS MANAGER. If you cancel your membership during your initial 2-month commitment, your enrollment will be terminated on the last day of the second month. Refer to the Program and Website Terms and Conditions for more information.

Are there any fees or penalties if I terminate my membership?

No, there are no penalties or fees if you terminate your membership. However, you'll need to pay another enrollment fee if you cancel your membership and enroll again later.

Can I pause my membership and resume it later?

There is not a pause option for the UFC GYM Corporate Program. If you choose to cancel your membership and decide to re-enroll at a future date, you will have to pay the enrollment fee again.

Do I have to be a certain age to enroll?

Yes, you must be 18 years or older to enroll in the program. We do have “Youth classes” that start at the age of 6 years.

Do you have childcare?

Yes, we offer childcare and the hours range per gym. Most gyms childcare hours are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and re-open at 3:00 pm to 8:00 PM. Please contact your gym for exact days and hours.

Payment

What will I be charged when I enroll?

When you enroll, you'll pay a processing fee, which is only one-time, the first month's fee, the second month's fee, and any applicable taxes. If you enroll a spouse or domestic partner, and/or children their membership fees will be on your invoice. You can access your invoices through your app or call the gym’s Operations Manager. You can also get a print-out as you come to the gym.

When are my monthly payments due?

Your recurring monthly fees and taxes are charged to your credit card on the same date each month as your enrollment date, starting the month after you enroll. Each recurring monthly fee is a prepayment for the next month. If you enroll on the 12th of the month, your payment date each month will be on the 12th of the month. If you enroll on the last day of the month, your payment date will be the last day of each month.

Do I ever have to pay a gym directly for anything?

When you go to the gym for the first after enrolling through UFCFIT.NET, you will be meeting with a membership specialist. The membership specialist will have you sign the gym agreement, enter your credit card for the following monthly payments, let you know the membership benefits, introduce a personal trainer or setup a time with a personal trainer to give you a free starter session, and introduce other amenities the gym has to offer. At that time, you can decide if you want to add anything to your membership. If you the FITNESS membership and decide to change fitness locations, additional fees may apply when selecting a premium location or upgrading. Initial enrollment, processing fee and monthly fees are paid for the first month and last month.

Spouse/ Domestic Partner

How do I enroll my spouse or domestic partner?

To enroll your spouse/domestic partner, you must first enroll yourself. Once you create your account, select your fitness center, and pay your initial fees, you can add your spouse or domestic partner within the dashboard. You'll be directed to fill out your spouse's or domestic partner's information before selecting their fitness center.

Will my spouse or domestic partner pay their own membership fees?

No, the primary account holder is responsible for their spouse's or domestic partner's membership fees.

What if my spouse or domestic partner wants to switch fitness centers?

No problem! You can change their fitness center by going into the gym and asking for the OPERATION MANAGER.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

If you cancel your membership, your spouse's or domestic partner's membership will also be canceled. Your spouse or domestic partner will then need to enroll in their own membership.
